Michael has spent over 15 years training and working extensively with ancient esoteric ceremonies and modern Western therapies. He is a trained NLP Master practitioner, EFT practitioner, Matrix re-imprinting practitioner (inner child work), life coach, sports psychologist, and fully trained energy healer. He has always held a desire to dive deeper, to help people transform from the very depths of their psyche, so they achieve complete transcendence.

His quest has taken him to the outer reaches of the Jungles of Africa and Peru. He is one of very few Westerners who have been fully initiated by Atome, the Master of a Fang tribe of Bwiti, a mystic African tradition. He has also been through a "death" initiation with Mtsogo (Master Papé André), the Master of another Bwiti tribe.

Michael has always had the philosophy of training deep and broad. He continues to train with Atome and to experience many other families and teacher plants as well as different traditions and other approaches, to continually expand his consciousness. He has undergone the Peruvian initiating diet which incorporates ceremonies in Ayuasca, Tobacco, Lobos Sanada, and Wingo. He also has experience in ceremonies in Sapo, San Pedro, Buffo Alvarius (toad), and Psilocybin.

In recent years, Michael has undergone Bio cybernetic neurofeedback training with Dr. Jim Hardt to understand the full scope of the human brain frequencies

He has combined and applied the broad range of his experience and skills to setting up Reclaim and the transformational workshops, through which ERS was born.
